Elevator Freight Doors

They are used to prevent possible accidents by disconnecting the people in the cabin and floors from the elevator shaft shaft, while at the same time preventing life hazards that may occur due to human organs or foreign objects entering or falling between the car and the shaft screws and the effects that may disrupt the working system of the elevator. The cargo door is vertical two-chamber, with the upper half facing up and the lower half facing down. Each half balances the other half. The doors are designed to run on rails, providing a very smooth and easy-to-use door system. When the doors are fully opened, the lower doors act as load-bearing thresholds, allowing loads to enter and exit the cabin. The width of the door is usually the full width of the cabinet. The manually operated door moves very easily and smoothly. The same routing process can be used for electric landing doors and cabin doors. Tag locks are suitable for all environmental conditions including corrosive and explosive areas.

Sturdy vertically split doors provide full opening width to the vehicle but require little additional pit space. Suitable for most hoistway situations, including short corner heights, shallow pits and low air loads. The rigidity of the two door panels ensures trouble-free operation of the electric door and long engine life.
