Elevator Locks
Since the elevator lock is seen as a security lock, the locking system is used as a locking. Under normal circumstances, the door cannot be opened without a locking device to protect the person from being cut or falling. It is an important safety device for elevators. The lock is mainly composed of a lock hook, a lock block, a force-bearing part, a lock cylinder, an unlocking door wheel, an electric safety, an electric shock, and a triangle lock. Hook and lock block are used for locking effect. The locked door cannot be opened, the penetration depth is 7mm, and its strength exceeds 1000N. The force application device is used to automatically reset the door lock after opening the door. In the event of a malfunction, gravity will not unlock the door.
Roller and unlocked door wheel is used to open the lock. When the elevator reaches its destination, the door machine is actuated by a series of mechanical forces. Finally, the door rollers and the unlocked door wheel are used to unlock the door. Electrical safety is to verify whether the connection between the lock hook and the lock gear is greater than 7mm. The elevator will not work after the electric shock is broken. The triangle lock is used to open the landing door, that is, the triangle lock on the landing door, in abnormal situations. Since it will not be used by non-professionals, there is a kind of lock system that normal riders cannot open. Although it is of great importance for elevators, it is a section that can only be opened by repair, modification and executive team.
